About the Instructor/Author

Mr. Doug Bess has been a licensed practicing
Texas Real Estate Broker for over 30 years
and has taught Texas real estate classes for
more than 20 years.

Doug is a Texas Real Estate Commission
(TREC) certified instructor and approved to
teach all of the mandatory core courses.  In
addition he is an approved MCE instructor.

Mr. Bess is the broker for three real estate companies, First Houston
Realty, Houston Apartment Pros and Galveston Apartment Pros.  He
personally specializes in commercial and investment real estate.
