Mr. Doug Bess has been a licensed practicing
Texas Real Estate Broker for over 38 years and
has taught Texas real estate classes for more than
25 years.
Doug is a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC)
certified instructor and approved to teach all of the
mandatory core courses. In addition he is an
approved MCE instructor.
Mr. Bess is the broker for First Houston Realty and
he currently teaches core real estate courses for A
proprietary real estate school in the Clear Lake
area.
A NOTE FROM MR. BESS
If you will really study the material in this exam prep course and study guide and become
comfortable with the basic principles and terminology you will be ready to take and PASS
your Texas Real Estate Exam the very first time. Make sure to spend at least 3 hours on
TRELA (the licensing act) which is included in the course material.
