THE TEXAS REAL ESTATE STATE EXAM

The mandatory state exam for your Texas real estate
license, salesperson or broker, can be taken after you
have completed your educational requirements,
submitted your application to the Texas Real Estate
Commission and paid your application fee.

The test is given in different locations around the state
and is administered by Pearson VUE, a testing firm that
has a contract with the Texas Real Estate
Commission.  You can find their website by using the
link below or you can go to the Texas Real Estate
Commission website and look under the Education or
Exam tab.

The Pearson VUE link at the bottom of this page will
take you to their Candidate Information Brochure.  The
brochure has an outline of the material that is on the
exam, tips on getting ready for the test and a sample
test - BUT don't take the sample test until you have
studied my Texas Real Estate Exam Prep Course. If
you study first and then take the sample test the results
will give you a good indication of your level of
knowledge.
